Cultural Marxist attacks on Hindu festivals
Marxism is a century old
socio-economic totalitarian system which many people are very familiar with and
don’t need much of an introduction. However, cultural Marxism practiced by the Left-Liberal
ecosystem in India & West is an evolved, sounding lofty, politically
correct, and much more virulent & sinister ideology. Cultural
Marxism is a very broad term which refers to advocacy and application of critical theory to
influence and change culture, politics and academia. Critical theory by
definition assumes majority as privileged and minorities as oppressed. By pitting
an identified group as majority against minority, it is all about driving the
wedge between the two groups & dividing the society further and further. Cultural
Marxism gave birth to terminologies like social justice, feminism, minority
rights etc., which are used by loosely by almost every Left liberal &
political leaders to question and challenge the identity of Hindus in India.
This challenge to identity or a
festival doesn’t happen overnight in a haphazard manner. Instead the targets
are chosen well in advance, strategies are methodically planned on how to attack
an identity/festival, then pursed over years by creating enough atrocity
literature to engineer the opinion of the masses through media, academia and
legal activism. In this blog I’m trying to deconstruct the strategy into 4
major steps. The attack on Hindu religious identities and festivals etc are in
different stages but are being pursued by a well-funded ecosystem. None of the
ridiculous PILs that land in Supreme Court doors are by accident.
As explained in the beginning,
minorities by definition are oppressed. In Indian context, there are only two
minority groups Christianity and Islam. The rest like sikh, jain, parsi are
never considered as minority for the narrative. These 2 Abrahamic faiths
together with the cultural Marxist form the core of Missionary-Mullah-Marxist
(3M) Mafia complex. Typically clubbed along with Dalits atrocity literature for
legitimacy of oppression, rights of Dalits is the first scape goat sacrificed
for the benefit of this 3M Mafia complex.
Stage One – Guilt trip
Arrival of atrocity literature in
media Op-Ed is a first sign that a target is chosen by this Mafia ecosystem. This
slow poison never calls for a ban openly. Instead the soul aim is to guilt trip
people those who celebrate a festival. Typically hiding behind concern for
environment, pollution, health concerns, well-being of animals, patriarchy
& feminism, etc., (without any basis on facts). I personally like to call
these Op-Ed writers as Demonters who suck the happiness out of
various festivals with their verbal diarrhea.

Example - Ganesh Visarjan is water pollution, Raksha
bandhan/Karva Chauth are patriarchy, bursting crackers for Deepavali is making
animals scared etc.
Stage Two – DE-legitimization
Once the stage is set with Op-Ed
over years to engineer public opinion, a harmless PIL will be filed in some
lower court to regularize the celebration of festival in some manner. All these
Op-Eds will be pointed out as reference along with a bogus victim narrative to
call for a ban if possible.

Note: In these 2 phases’ animal cruelty during Eid,
ecological concerns for Christmas tree, air pollution on New year will never be
discussed. Legal wins to stop a festival completely is typically mission
accomplished for the ecosystem. If this phase fails comes the ground work for
the next level of attack
Stage Three – Secularization
Inculturation or Identity theft of festivals happen at a much more subtle level again at this
stage. Instead of atrocity literature, the festival is typically stripped off
its religious significance by the demonters (Op-Ed writers) of the Mafia
ecosystem. This lays the ground work for digestion by other faiths for similar
sounding festival over a period of time. We can see the example of this in
Christianity in festivals especially easter with Easter Egg

Example - Holi is no more about burning of Holika but a
festival of color, Onam is no more a vamana jayanthi but only a new year,
Pongal is no more worship of Sun but a Tamil festival, Deepavali is no more
arrival of Rama to Ayodya but a festival of light. Jallikattu kaalai coming out
of Vaadivaasal especially the temple bull is now coming from Church/Mosque.
Stage Four – Digestion (Appropriate)
Once
this festival of Tamil, Malayalam, light, color etc., are mainstreamed. Any attempt
to re-associate with its Hindu roots are condemned as conspiracy to take away
the celebratory fervor of all the people or termed regressive. Thus the original
source is undermined. Rajiv Malhotra rightly diagnosed this appropriation by
the cultural Marxist from left & Indologist in the west and coined a right
term ‘Digestion’ to
this phenomenon.
Example - Amit shah was condemned for wishing Vamana
jayanthi, Holi is becoming Holi run in US, Dandiya of Navartri became a
workout, Vipassana became mindfulness, Yoga became exercise.
Once we understand this strategy of
cultural Marxism, we can easily observe how almost all major festivals in India
are under attack in different stages, the motivation of political language used
by Congress & media, the motive with which laws like CVB, RTE etc are
getting drafted.
With this I conclude and I wish more people are able to see
through this cultural Marxist game of Left-liberal ecosystem and learn to
counter attack this narrative. Let us celebrate our festivals with pride in its
original spirit.
